Founded in Masuda City, Shimane Prefecture, we have faced challenges such as population decline and industrial transformation. Nevertheless, we have aimed to become a model company for regional revitalization. By fostering the growth of our employees, we strive to support their families and the local community, while promoting the revitalization and prosperity of this region. Ultimately, we hope to create a flow where SME contributes to sustaining and expanding the local population as a role-model for other areas. We continue our daily efforts to realize this vision.
